Is your company reputable and cares about providing good customer service to the public?
YES! We are a USA based company that is available 7 days a week excluding holidays. All inquiries and questions are responded to within one to two business days. In person meetings with one of our team members are available upon request after an initial discovery call.
Do I need good credit to be able to apply to lease a home from your company?
NO! We do not have minimum credit requirements to apply. However, excessive late payments on your credit indicating financial distress the past 12 month will likely lead to a denial.
Do I need to have a clean eviction history to be able to lease a home from your company?
NO! However, if you were evicted for non-payment of rent the past 12 months this will likely lead to a denial.
Do I need to have a clean criminal history to be able to lease a home from your company?
NO! However, you must have completely served prison/jail time required and not currently be on probation. In addition, a sex offender conviction would likely result in a denial.
Do I have to be a legal citizen of the USA to be able to lease a home from your company?
YES! Federal law forbids us to sell or lease to those that can not prove they are USA citizens. All potential occupants must provide government issued ID with social security card or passport for verification prior to moving in after approval.
Other then credit, eviction, and criminal background checks what else is needed to get an approval and be able to lease and move into a house offered by your company?

Can I buy one of the houses you have available instead of leasing if I want?
YES. All homes available can be purchased at any time if there is no current lease in place. Contact our office for full details.
How soon could I buy any of the houses you have available if I'm currently leasing it?
All leases are one year with automatic renewals. Current leasing parties can submit a letter of intent to buy no less then two months prior to lease renewal to transition out of leasing status.
How can I be notified when you have new single family house inventory?
You can request via email to be put on our mailing list. All inventory will be available on a first coming, first serve basis.
What states do you typically have single family house inventory in?
Our focus is typically in the states of New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Kentucky, Ohio, Georgia, and Florida but we operate in all 50 states. You can make a special request for us to locate the house you are looking for in your preferred state(s) if not currently available.
What expenses would I be responsible for as a leasing tenant?
All leasing tenants would be responsible to pay their own electric, gas, water, sewer, and trash.
Does your company offer referral fees for qualified seller, buyer leads?
YES! We pay up to $2,000 per referral! Email us to request full guidelines for submittal.
